Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. Amanda Lee - Salon Gio, asks that clients let her know within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule. No show appointments will be charged 50% of their appointment total after their 2nd no show. This will be on a case by case basis due to unexpected emergencies or illness. Your understanding and courtesy are greatly appreciated.
